Job summary

Scholfield Honda is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team as Sales Consultants. You will become a Honda brand expert, guiding customers to their ideal vehicle through model education, digital demonstrations, and in-person walkthroughs.

You will work with finance managers to offer financing options and protection plans, contributing to a high-energy, award-winning workplace. This role includes a 5-day workweek with Saturdays and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Master Honda’s vehicle lineup to help customers in making informed decisions.
• Engage with leads using digital sales tools to drive traffic.
• Set up and maintain sales lot and showroom displays.
• Present deals on new and pre-owned vehicles with the Sales Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Master Honda’s vehicle lineup and use that knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions


• Utilize digital sales tools to engage with leads and drive traffic


• Set up and maintain sales lot and showroom displays


• Work with the Sales Manager to present deals on new and pre-owned vehicles

Job Location & Schedule:

Scholfield Honda East – 7017 E Kellogg Dr, Wichita, KS 67207
5-day workweek, including Saturdays (with a weekday off)
Shifts: 9 AM – 5 PM or 11 AM – 7 PM
Closed Sundays and major holidays
