Job summary

Xercise Fitness Consulting is seeking a Sales Consultant to grow our commercial fitness equipment business in South Florida, covering Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. You will find and close deals from first conversation to signed order, in a full-time, commission-only role with uncapped earnings.

Responsibilities include prospecting gym owners, managers, and hotels; conducting site visits and needs assessments; preparing equipment proposals with our design and service teams; and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B or outside sales; proven track record of closing deals.
• Based in Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience selling fitness equipment, commercial furniture, or facility products is a plus.

Xercise Fitness Consulting designs, supplies, and services commercial fitness facilities across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. We work with gyms, country clubs, corporate wellness centers, and multifamily properties to plan their spaces, choose the right equipment, and keep it running.

About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Consultant to grow our business in South Florida, covering Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. You'll find and close commercial fitness equipment deals, from the first conversation to the signed order. This is a full-time, commission-only role with strong earning potential on every deal you close.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with gym owners, property managers, HOAs, hotels, country clubs, and corporate wellness centers
• Run site visits and needs assessments, then put together equipment proposals
• Work with our design and service teams on layouts, pricing, delivery, and installation
• Manage your pipeline and follow up to close deals
• Spot opportunities for preventive maintenance and service contracts

What We’re Looking For

• Required: 2+ years in B2B or outside sales, with a track record of closing deals
• Required: Based in Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Preferred: Experience selling fitness equipment, commercial furniture, or other facility products
• Preferred: An existing network with property managers, gyms, or hospitality in South Florida
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

Compensation

Commission only, paid on every equipment deal you close. No cap on earnings.
