Job summary

Kairos Group, one of the South Coast's leading home improvement companies, is hiring a Sales Consultant. Attend warm pre-booked appointments at customers' homes to assess needs and provide quotations for our windows, doors and other products. No cold calling or canvassing.

All appointments are generated through extensive marketing campaigns and are pre-qualified before you reach them. No Experience? No problem.

The Role As a Sales Consultant: You'll attend pre-booked appointments at customers' homes to carry out home assessments and provide quotations for our products. No cold calling. No door knocking. No canvassing. Every appointment is generated through our extensive marketing campaigns and is pre-qualified and confirmed before it reaches you. Your focus is simply on providing excellent customer service and closing sales. Your Responsibilities:

• Attend warm, pre-booked customer appointments.
• Carry out home assessments and provide quotations.
• Recommend the most suitable products for customers' needs.
• Travel to and from customer appointments.
  No Experience? No Problem.

We provide full paid training, so previous sales experience isn't essential. Many of our top-performing consultants have come from backgrounds including:

What We're Looking For:

  £40,000-£66,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential.
• Uncapped commission of up to 25% on every completed sale.
