We focus on awake liposuction, awake fat transfer for breast augmentation, and awake fat transfer for Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Squlpt Body Shaping is seeking a motivated and experienced remote Sales Professional for our rapidly growing practice in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for over-achievers eager to succeed, learn, and grow within our innovative model of plastic surgery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Focus on closing and completing sales
  • Educate, inspire, and guide patients through their purchase
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of procedures to engage effectively
  • Communicate with leads via phone, video, email, or chat to nurture and prepare them
  • Support a “buy-in” to the Squlpt brand, emphasizing our innovative clinical model with a no-stress sales approach
  • Prepare quotes based on the care plan developed by the surgeon
  • Work with patients to devise financial plans for procedures
  • Coordinate with third-party lenders and review financing options
  • Finalize financial contracts with patients
  • Schedule procedures and maintain positive relationships from initial contact through procedure day
  • Proactively re-engage leads if sales are not completed
  • Participate in regular sales and performance reviews with management

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years (preferably 5 years) of professional sales experience
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury, technology, startups, or other innovative growth industries; medical or plastic surgery experience is not required
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools (email, voicemail, G Suite, internet navigation); Salesforce experience is a plus but not necessary
