Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a Sales Consultant – Automotive to drive sales and build lifelong customer relationships. You will lead customers through the entire car-buying journey, demonstrate vehicles, and monitor inventory and market trends to maximize profits.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Prospective team members will be supported by a structured sales process and ongoing leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
• Valid Texas Drivers License.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery).
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification.
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
