We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and help grow our business in a local territory. This role emphasizes door-to-door and referral lead generation, with strong emphasis on customer relations and professional representation of the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Door to Door and Referral Lead acquisition.
• Conduct roof inspections and present solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance process.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the database.
• Represent the Randall and Son Roofing brand professionally in the community.
