Job summary

Feet First Partners is seeking a Sales Associate (Arch Support Specialist) for The Good Feet Store in Plainview, NY. You will educate customers on arch support, assess needs, and recommend products to improve quality of life.

Full-time and part-time opportunities exist. Expect base pay of $20–$23/hour plus uncapped commission, with an annual earnings range of $60,000–$80,000 and paid training with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience with commission-based/quota-driven sales experience.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills.
• Weekends required (Saturday and Sunday).

The Good Feet Store sells arch support solutions and products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. Our Sales Associates play an Impactful role in educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support and recommending suitable products.

What You’ll Do

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compensation

• Full-time associates: Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000, including a base pay of $20–$23 per hour plus uncapped commission.

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

Job Specifications:

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs., and using ladders or step stools.
