Job summary

The Good Feet Store in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a Sales Consultant (Arch Support Specialist) to educate clients on arch support and recommend products that fit their lifestyle. You will guide customers through personalized assessments and ensure accurate fittings, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

The role offers a base pay plus uncapped commission, with both full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training, and benefits for eligible employees. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience in commission-based/quota-driven sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, approachable, and empathetic attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation:

• Full-time associates: Expected annual earnings of $60,000-$80,000, including a base pay of $20-$23 per hour plus uncapped commission.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
• Paid sales training and certification
• Benefits are available for full-time employees

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs., and using ladders or step stools.
