What You’ll Do

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow‑up to generate repeat business and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation

• Full‑time associates: Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000, including a base pay of $20–$23 per hour plus uncapped commission.
• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available.
• Paid sales training and certification
• Benefits are available for full‑time employees

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs., and using ladders or step stools.
