Gatsby Glass in Southwest Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales Estimator to design custom glass and shower enclosures, educate customers on options, and prepare professional estimates from meet-through-close. You will work with homeowners, builders, and designers to deliver high-end glass solutions and drive project momentum.

Expect uncapped commission with paid training, a company vehicle or allowance, and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors
• Measure spaces and design custom glass solutions
• Educate customers on products, hardware, and installation options
• Prepare professional estimates and proposals
• Close residential and commercial sales
• Manage projects from estimate through signed contract
• Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For
