Good Feet Midwest is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help customers relieve foot, knee, hip, and back pain with premium arch supports. You’ll engage in consultative selling, conduct one-on-one consultations, and build a personal book of business while earning uncapped commissions.

Average earnings range from 60,000 to 80,000+ annually through hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses, with top performers hitting six figures. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing coaching support are offered.

Furniture sales, automotive sales, mattress sales, wireless sales, insurance sales, home improvement sales, fitness membership sales, medical sales, financial services sales, and other commission-based sales environments.

Schedule

Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
