Good Feet Midwest is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to build relationships, guide customers, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our store locations across the Midwest and South. Average earnings are $60,000-$80,000+ annually with hourly base, commissions, and bonuses; top performers exceed $100K.

The role includes weekend scheduling and opportunities for career growth within the company. You will conduct one-on-one consultations, uncover customer needs, and recommend solutions

Average earnings range from $60,000-$80,000+ annually through an hourly base, commissions, and bonuses.

Ideally, this person will support our Tosa, Brookfield, Grafton, and Pleasant Prairie store locations.

Schedule

Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
