Good Feet Midwest is hiring a Sales Consultant to support multiple store locations in the Houston market. You will build relationships with customers, conduct one-on-one consultations, and drive sales through a proven consultative process that rewards performance.

Average earnings range from $60,000-$80,000+ annually with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers can reach $100K+, with strong leadership support and clear internal advancement pathways.

Furniture sales, automotive sales, mattress sales, wireless sales, insurance sales, home improvement sales, fitness membership sales, medical sales, financial services sales, and other commission-based sales environments

Schedule

Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
