Good Feet Midwest is recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join our expanding Midwest network. This role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and a clear path to advancement within a supportive team that helps customers get back to the activities they love.

Average earnings range from $60,000-$80,000+ annually through hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses. Top performers can exceed $100K while making a meaningful impact on customers’ quality of life.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
