Optimum RV in Florida is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level RV Sales Consultant position. No experience? We'll train you. This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings potential and a path to high income for top performers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating RV models, conducting test drives, discussing pricing and financing, negotiating and closing deals, and using our CRM to track interactions. Flexible hours including weekends; safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and earn commissions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential. Our top sales consultants earn $150,000+ annually based on performance, and there are great rewards for our top sales consultants each year!

Sales Consultants are responsible for assisting customers throughout the RV purchasing process. The primary duties will include:
