Job summary

Bath Fitter, a leader in custom bath and shower remodeling, is seeking commission-based sales professionals. You will meet pre-set appointments, generate your own leads, and engage homeowners to present solutions that transform bathrooms.

Travel for training is required and a company car, cell phone, and iPad are provided, with a full benefits package and 401(k) participation. Leads are supplied, but the most successful reps hustle for additional opportunities, earning six figures with uncapped

• Meet with qualified, pre-set appointments provided by our internal team.
• Prospect and create self-generated leads—the more initiative you show, the more you earn.
• Engage homeowners in their living rooms or kitchens, build trust, and present solutions that transform their bathrooms.
• Showcase a premium product that sells itself when presented with confidence and conviction.
• Close the deal—because at Bath Fitter, we win by asking for the sale.
