Job summary

Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. You will greet customers, understand needs, demonstrate vehicles, and help customers choose the right Chevrolet model.

You will collaborate with finance and service, maintain product knowledge, and strive to meet monthly sales targets while building long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Passion for cars and knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
