Role Description

The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based at FASTSIGNS® LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL in Lake Worth, FL. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing customers, identify their visual communications needs, and recommend appropriate signage and graphic solutions. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, preparing estimates, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with design and production teams to ensure projects meet client specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The Sales Consultant will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, support marketing activities, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to learn and understand visual communications products, pricing, and project workflows.
• Comfort with using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software for tracking leads and managing orders.
• Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or signage/printing industry is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
