Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the first contact for current and prospective customers. You will engage via email, phone, in person, and at client locations to build lasting relationships and drive growth.

You will learn to prepare estimates, process work orders, and ensure timely delivery while participating in daily team meetings and marketing plans. A background in sign/graphic sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Focus on building relationships with customers and turning prospects into long-term clients.
• Experience in sign/graphic industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hybrid in-store/outside sales role.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with customers via email, phone, in person, or on site.

Job Description:

As a FASTSIGNS Sales Consultant, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and be intimately involved in the success of this FASTSIGNS Center. This position involves a hybrid in-store/outside sales as many of our projects require visiting the customer at their facility. IF YOU HAVE SIGN/GRAPHIC INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE THIS WOULD BE A PLUS!! Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
