Your sales goals will be set and reviewed each year together with our committed sales leadership team. This outstanding opportunity lets you focus first on smaller, simpler accounts. Over time, you can build skills to support larger, more complex accounts. You may work in specific business lines or client groups, providing a varied and engaging work experience.
Your role will involve meeting important goals such as revenue targets, the number of prospects in the pipeline, monthly meetings, and closed sales. Collaboration is central to our work. You will work closely with our Account Management team to close business and may also help service clients together with an Account Manager or Account Executive. Developing sales proposals and presentations that follow NFP standards will be an important part of your duties, often with support from senior sales team members.
You will be responsible for growing sales in your assigned territory or industry sector by compiling lists of prospective customers. Use sales technology tools, COIs, and resources like business directories, industry ads, trade shows, websites, and more. Regular meetings with management to set and reach coordinated selling targets will support your success. You may also receive help or collaborate on clients with a Senior Advisor or Client Executive.
Reporting actual results to the team and using tools such as Salesforce will be essential. You will review sales results for assigned clients, plan changes, and solve problems. You will gradually exercise independent judgment with general supervisor support, helping you grow and succeed in your role.
You must hold an Insurance Broker's license for the coverages involved, such as a P&C broker’s license or Life and Health broker's license.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 – $85,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
