The Senior Consultant is at the forefront of client interactions, fostering and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and carrier representatives. This dynamic role involves in-depth research, comprehensive analysis, and expert evaluation of various benefit plans, including medical, life, disability, and more, positioning you as a trusted benefit advisor to our clients. As the lead consultant and primary point of contact, you'll be the linchpin of client satisfaction, taking on challenging, large-scale accounts with some guidance and approval from your Supervisor. Moreover, at this level, you may find yourself directly supervising and mentoring team members, adding another layer of leadership to this exciting opportunity. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $160,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
