Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group in Harlingen, TX is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our automotive team. You will guide customers through the vehicle selection process, demonstrate inventory, and apply our dealership sales process to close deals while delivering outstanding service.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid Texas driver's license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You’ll stay current with product knowledge, market trends, and CRM usage to build lasting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
