What You’ll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
• Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs
• Demonstrate new Chevrolet, GMC, and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and technology
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and manufacturer programs
• Work with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Represent Nick Dellen Chevrolet GMC professionally both in the dealership and within the community
