Job summary

All Star Kia East is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join Hudson Automotive Group. This high-energy dealership offers top compensation, with earnings up to $100K+ annually, plus a 5-day workweek including rotating Saturdays and access to the Hudson Academy for development.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Track record of strong automotive sales performance (preferred).
• Proven experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers through the sales process with confidence.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and related products to customers in a high-volume showroom environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team goals.
