Job summary

All Star Kia East, part of Hudson Automotive Group in Denham Springs, LA, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our proven team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We offer top compensation up to $100K+ annually, a 5-day workweek with rotating Saturdays, Hudson Academy for ongoing development, paid PTO, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401k program, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Strong automotive sales performance track record preferred.
• Experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
