Performance-Based Sales Consultant (Commission-Only | Remote | Residual Pay)

Preferred Location: San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, or Orange County, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated, commission-driven Sales Consultants to join our expanding team. This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential through a residual-based pay structure. Ideal candidates will have experience in SAAS sales—especially in the HR, payroll, and merchant services space—and a proven ability to generate and close new business.

This is a performance-based opportunity: your income grows with each client you bring on, earning monthly recurring commissions for the life of the account.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  2. Conduct virtual consultations with business owners to assess their HR, payroll, and payment processing needs
  3. Close deals and onboard clients into Diezmo’s service ecosystem
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction
  5. Represent Diezmo Business Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
  6. Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SAAS, HR, payroll, or merchant services
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated to work independently
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
  4. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule
  5. Must reside in or be actively working within San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, or Orange County

Compensation:

  1. Commission-Only, Residual-Based Pay
  2. No cap on earnings—your income is based on performance
  3. Lifetime monthly residuals on active accounts in good standing
  4. Bi-monthly payouts (5th and 25th of each month)
