About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance B2B Sales Consultant to help us grow our client base by connecting with HR leaders, decision-makers, and executives at mid-sized IT companies. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out to, and engage potential B2B clients
• Present Psywork’s services and set up discovery calls with key stakeholders
• Communicate our unique value proposition in a persuasive and consultative manner
• Support the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay: $1,800 – $3,000 per sale
• Additional performance-based incentives available
• Opportunity for long-term collaboration or full-time role based on performance
