JB Sash & Door is seeking an Architectural Representative to support and grow relationships across Cape Cod and the Islands, working closely with architects, builders, and design professionals throughout the project lifecycle.

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and key project partners across the Cape & Islands
• Act as a trusted resource throughout the design and specification process
• Support projects from early concept through execution, including product selection and technical guidance
• Present product solutions, lead showroom visits, and coordinate project discussions

Field Service Technician

Responsible for field service evaluations and on‑site door and window product service.

• Perform field service evaluations

Service Coordinator

Supports the Service Manager and Service Department by coordinating service parts, scheduling field technicians, and communicating between Sales, Service, and Vendors.

• Work directly with Sales to identify parts and materials required for service calls and warranty issues
• Communicate service status updates with Sales Team during and upon completion of service activities
• Coordinate service information between Sales and Service departments to ensure alignment on scope, timing, and resolution
• Review field technicians’ jobsite notes and ensure accurate documentation and follow‑up actions

• Accept and account for deliveries
• Report any damage or site issues promptly
• Conduct final homeowner walk‑throughs
• Submit before‑and‑after photos for each project

Qualifications

• Licensed General Contractor in Massachusetts
• LEAD Safe Certified (Massachusetts) and OSHA Certified/Compliant

• Carry current liability insurance

• Experience in window and door installation (Marvin certification will be provided)

Window Manufacturing Technician

Responsible for precision machining, assembly, and glazing of wood windows and doors.

• Develop and operate woodworking machinery safely
• Understand and apply drawer, sash, framing, and glazing techniques on Marvin products
• Use drilling, milling, sanding, and glazing tools to fabricate components
• Prepare and set up machines, maintain safety protocols
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and architectural drawings
• Manufacture, assemble, and glaze wood windows, set up frames, apply casing, prepare for painting

Qualifications

• Machinery/carpentry skills for precise cuts and fabrication of windows and doors
