Quirk Auto Dealerships in Marshfield, MA seeks automotive salespeople who are motivated and relationship-focused. This role offers pay of $65,000 to $100,000 per year and a pathway to build a personal customer base.

You will work in person at the Marshfield dealership with a schedule that may include days, nights, and weekends, and you will complete required pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests.
• Build a personal customer base that generates repeat and referral business.
• Identify each customer's needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
• Ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
• Strong negotiation skills (preferred).
• Prior sales experience is a plus (preferred).
• Clean driving record (preferred).
• Prior experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills (preferred).
• A flexible schedule and willingness to work days, nights, and/or weekends (preferred).
