Confidence Auto Group in Beeville, Texas is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to join a vibrant team. Monday through Friday work week with strong earning potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

You will use modern marketing tools, CRM, video demonstrations, and social media to connect with customers, build relationships, and close deals. Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but motivated professionals will be considered.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology, social media, and video communication.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Build relationships through phone, text, email, video, and social media communication.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM system.
• Create personalized video introductions and follow-up videos for customers.
• Utilize social media to expand your network and generate opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Generate repeat and referral business.
