Job summary

Confidence Auto Group in Beeville, Texas is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will help customers select the right vehicle, build relationships across phone, text, email, video, and social media, and demonstrate vehicles with engaging demonstrations and test drives.

You will follow up with internet leads and showroom traffic, maintain CRM records, and create personalized video introductions to enhance follow-up.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or relationship-building experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology, social media, and video communication
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
