Job summary

All Star Automotive Group in Baton Rouge is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our energetic All Star Chevrolet North team within Hudson Automotive Group. You will engage customers, present vehicles, and guide them through the purchase journey in a high-volume, customer‑driven setting.

We offer top compensation up to $100K+ annually, a 5‑day work week (including rotating Saturdays), ongoing professional development through Hudson Academy, PTO, medical/dental/vision/Life, 401k, and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR check.
• Track record of automotive sales performance (preferred).
• Experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers as they navigate the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities
