Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter to join our team as a Sales Consultant. You will develop knowledge of vehicles, services, industry and market, and present new and pre-owned vehicles.

You will promote options, financing, and add‑on products, maintain relationships with customers, and ensure accurate sales documentation while adhering to dealership policies. Previous customer service experience and a clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable and goal‑oriented.

He or she presents new and pre‑owned vehicles in an attractive and highly informative fashion, promoting prompt sales and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, features, value‑add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies.
• Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring all speed limits and traffic rules are followed.
• Facilitate delivery by explaining vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
