Drivelab Automotive Group in Albia, IA is seeking a results-driven automotive sales professional to own every step of the sales process—from prospecting to vehicle delivery—and to present and demonstrate inventory. You will review inventory reports, create growth strategies, and work with leadership to meet monthly plans.

Familiarity with CRM software and a passion for customer service are essential. This role offers hands-on opportunities to increase market share, maintain CSI, and stay

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of dealership sales processes is a plus.
• Prior training in sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)

• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
