Stallone's Menswear in the Anchorage Midtown Mall is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This client-facing role focuses on building relationships, providing expert styling guidance, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience aligned with Stallone's standards.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, presents professionally, and has knowledge of our products and tailoring services.

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated, personable Sales Consultant to join our sales team at Stallone's Menswear in the Anchorage Midtown Mall. This is a client-facing role centered on building relationships, providing expert styling guidance, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience consistent with Stallone's standard. The right candidate presents themselvesprofessionally, genuinely enjoys helping people, and takes pride in knowing their products and their customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and provide knowledgeable guidance on fit, style, and product selection
• Build and maintain relationships with returning clients
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain familiarity with current inventory, brands, and promotions
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Support alteration intake by communicating customer fitting needs clearly to our tailoring team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior retail or customer service experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in men's clothing, fashion retail, or luxury retail
• Existing knowledge of suit construction, fit, and menswear styling
• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
