You will provide personalized styling guidance, including custom, bespoke, or MTM consultations, while maintaining exceptional clienteling and post-sale follow-ups to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, menswear, or consignment is required.
• Knowledge of bespoke and MTM menswear, including fit and fabrics.
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to deliver a personalized customer experience.
• Eye for quality, garment condition, and brand/value recognition.
• Proficiency with POS systems and transaction accuracy.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate retail products, financial services, and tailored menswear solutions.
• Deliver personalized styling guidance, including custom, bespoke, or MTM menswear consultations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using credit card processing systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering knowledgeable product and service guidance.
• Educate clients on fit, fabric, and construction details to guide informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling, follow-ups, and styling recommendations.
