Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of people-management experience in the construction industry.
• Prior experience leading a high-performing sales team preferred.
• Or at least 3 years of people-leadership with P&L responsibility for a multi-million-dollar project.
• Solid knowledge of residential construction processes and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop team members in Sales, Construction, and Warranty in your community.
• Foster a team culture that supports David Weekley Homes’ purpose and values.
• Drive accountability through coaching and performance management to meet sales, starts and closing goals.
• Promote collaboration across teams to ensure operational alignment from pre-construction through warranty.
• Develop an Annual Operating Plan for your project to maximize profitability and margins.
• Oversee and control budget performance and expenditures.
• Partner with Sales to execute effective sales strategies, pricing, and incentive planning.
• Champion your communities and drive market visibility.
