NRG Energy, via its Vivint Smart Home subsidiary, seeks a Sales Confirmation Representative in Provo for full-time work. The role focuses on outbound calls to confirm installation dates and boost fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service.

The candidate should be energetic, communicative, and relationship-driven, with a preference for bilingual Spanish/English and prior sales or retention experience. Location is the Provo Headquarters, with Sunday availability expected.

The Role:

We are looking for a full-time Sales Confirmation Representative to make outbound confirmation calls to customers scheduled to be installed the next day. This role is essential to our department's success in delivering world-class customer service!

Compensation: $17Hourly + commission

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
