Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and/or current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation and act as a positive brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.

Collaboration with resort staff is required to manage arrival sheets and drive sales tours. The role emphasizes presenting to prospective customers, screening under company guidelines, and coordinating registrations and deposits for sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)

Job Summary

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.

Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge and skills

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Job experience

Job experience 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Compensation

Compensation Compensation for this position is $21.30 per hour (during the initial training period this rate is $23.30 per hour), plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $11,500 to $76,500 annually, depending upon individual performance and site targets. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid weekly for this role.
