Job summary

Reinstein Ross on Madison Avenue in New York seeks a Sales Concierge to welcome clients in-store and guide them through our collections, from signature ring stacks to custom pieces.

No fine jewelry background required, but training will be provided. You will build relationships, support consultations with our design and workshop teams, process transactions, and help maintain a polished boutique environment.

We're looking for a Sales Concierge to join our Upper East Side boutique full-time. You'll be the first point of contact for clients exploring our collections—from signature ring stacks to custom bridal pieces—and play a key role in delivering the personal, knowledgeable experience Reinstein Ross is known for. No fine jewelry background required, although it is a plus; we'll train the right person on our product, our process, and our clients.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused boutique setting
• Reliability and availability to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends
• Prior retail, hospitality, or luxury sales experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train candidates who bring the right attitude and work ethic
