Job summary

ADP, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations – Sales Compliance & Ethics to lead the operational execution of the program, analyze escalations, and ensure accuracy across sales processes and enabling technologies.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Privacy, and supporting functions, leveraging data and systems to identify trends, strengthen controls, and deliver governance and training to sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Compliance Operations, or related field.
• Ability to independently analyze complex issues and recommend improvements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering training or enablement programs to leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of ADP's Sales Compliance & Ethics program, focusing on communication preference governance and regulatory alignment.
• Conduct fact-based reviews of escalation events involving customer communication preferences and regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify process gaps and control breakdowns.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Legal, Privacy, and other stakeholders to gather information and validate findings.
• Prepare clear, accurate summaries of findings and recommendations for leadership and compliance partners.
• Identify recurring themes and opportunities for process improvement and remediation.
• Deliver Sales Compliance & Ethics training and awareness programs to sales associates and leaders.
• Maintain and improve program documentation, governance processes, reporting frameworks, and operating procedures.
• Develop trend analyses and actionable insights with reporting resources to reduce operational risk.
• Contribute to projects related to Sales Compliance & Ethics, including governance and regulatory readiness.
