Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance Delivery in the Compliance Solutions Shared Services group. You will lead a seasoned team delivering regulatory compliance for wage garnishments, new hire reporting, unemployment claims, and separation notices while managing risk, performance, and timely service delivery.

You will partner with compliance, legal, government affairs, Product/Tech, payroll system teams, Client Service, and senior leadership to communicate policy changes and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in wage garnishment, compliance, change management, process improvement, project management, or operations.
• Strong experience in data analysis, including curating, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Experience leading multiple employees and guiding broader groups of associates.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for wage garnishments, new hire reporting, unemployment claims, and separation notices/offboarding.
• Oversee regulatory research, identify impacts to service delivery, and support compliance initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with compliance, legal, and government affairs leadership; coordinate with Product/Tech and payroll system teams.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities based on business impact
