Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Compensation and Finance Manager for the HP Store. This role focuses on creating and delivering effective sales compensation programs for the Sales and Contact Center, and on managing OPEX reporting and forecasting with key stakeholders to ensure profitability.

The position requires 4–6 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong skills in Excel, statistics, and AI-enabled analytics to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, compensation management or related area.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis.
• Experience using AI tools to analyze and summarize data and produce narratives.
• Experience handling sensitive financial/compensation information.
• Ability to learn and apply new analytical techniques to business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales compensation process including design, data collection, reporting and payment submissions.
• Develops robust statistical and financial models to forecast performance at multiple levels.
• Provides analysis and insights into trends, distribution and anomalies to inform quota setting.
• Assists in setting agent quotas aligned with budgets and plan.
• Manages monthly close and narratives describing trends or issues.
• Collaborates with the finance team to develop quarterly/annual OPEX forecasts.
