Job summary

Avetta is seeking a Sales Commissions Analyst to support monthly commission processing and payroll integration. You will work with Finance, HR, and Sales to ensure accurate commissions, leveraging Spiff and Salesforce data for timely payments.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) for those near an office, with remote opportunities for others. Requires 5+ years in finance or sales compensation and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of Finance, Accounting or Sales Compensation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and commissions software.
• Strong Excel for financial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly/quarterly commissions payouts in Spiff for payroll.
• Provide ad-hoc support for Sales Compensation, CRM data, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Sales stakeholders to align data.
• Demonstrate meticulous data management and advanced Excel skills.
