What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate and collect sales information for calculating monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus/commission payments
  • Collaborate with sales managers and HR to ensure timely processing of bonus and commission payments
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure understanding and implementation of Sales Compensation Programs
  • Maintain systems process documentation and develop training for the sales organization
  • Provide data and analytics to support evaluation of sales incentive program performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytical support role
  • Strong analytical ability to ensure accurate modeling of compensation costs
  • High level of expertise in Excel and working knowledge of desktop software including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
