Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commissions Analyst in Chicago, IL to execute precise commission calculations, validate data, and deliver payee statements while meeting SLAs. This role is part of a new team and will help build process documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in commissions/revenue operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with a commissions platform. On-site collaboration and cross-functional partnership are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in commissions, payroll operations, revenue operations, or similar.
• Proficient Excel; SQL knowledge a plus; experience with a commissions platform.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate sales transactions, hierarchies/territories, quotas, and exception inputs for assigned groups.
• Run calculations and reconcile outputs to source data, plan rules, and prior periods.
• Prepare payee statements, research issues, and resolve tickets/disputes within SLA.
• Maintain auditable documentation, checklists, and evidence artifacts.
• Support UAT test cases and data readiness checks during plan/policy changes.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to templates and checklists.
