Job summary

Acrisure in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst to own complex payout calculations across multiple plans and segments. You will establish operating rigor, mentor analysts, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

You will partner with Systems Admin on UAT, release validation, and configuration fixes; mentor analysts, perform peer reviews, and standardize reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commissions, payroll operations, revenue operations, or similar.
• Advanced Excel, SQL knowledge preferred, and experience with a commissions platform (Xactly/Varicent/Spiff/CaptivateIQ/Anaplan).
• Strong reconciliation, data quality, and documentation discipline.
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex monthly/quarterly calculations, adjustments, clawbacks, and multi-measure crediting.
• Lead end-to-end close activities: intake validation, exception handling, reconciliation, and payout approval packages.
• Investigate data/crediting discrepancies; perform root-cause analysis and preventive controls.
• Prepare audit evidence and support SOX control execution; maintain documentation and runbooks.

About the Role

The Senior Commissions Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for complex payout calculations, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis across multiple plans and segments. Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $97,665 - $145,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
