Job summary

West Shore Home, a leading home improvement company, is seeking a Commission Review Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of commission payments for more than 600 In-Home Sales representatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments to support our compensation program.

You will review transactions, validate calculations, resolve discrepancies, and conduct audits to maintain policy compliance.

Qualifications

Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Salesforce and/or HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Calculate and process commissions for In-Home Sales representatives in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Review sales transactions and supporting documentation to ensure commission payments are accurate and compliant with established guidelines.
Identify discrepancies within the commission process & process adjustments when errors occur during the sales process.
Investigate and resolve commission-related inquiries or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct audits of commission calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
