What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design and implement tailored coaching strategies aligned with sales goals and company objectives
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance skills, confidence, and execution
- Observe sales calls and meetings to assess performance and provide targeted feedback
- Develop engaging content and training sessions focused on sales techniques and best practices
- Track individual progress and adapt coaching plans based on performance metrics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of successful sales experience with a history of exceeding targets
- 3+ years in a sales coaching, training, or leadership capacity
- Proven expertise in sales methodologies such as consultative selling or solution-based selling
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in automotive sales or a related industry
- Sales coaching certification or relevant professional training
- Familiarity with implementing sales enablement technologies
- Track record of turning around underperforming sales talent and teams
