Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals in Oak Park, IL for a full-time W-2 role focused on closing in-home opportunities. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging presentations in customers’ homes, with seasoned training and mentorship to promote internal leadership.

You’ll earn a high-earning compensation structure, including 70% upfront advance, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions, plus benefits after a short ramp.
